Thank you for purchasing from Mark Andrew Webber. Every piece sold through this website — whether an original artwork, a limited edition print, or a digital poster — is created with care and craftsmanship. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Original Artwork
All sales of original artwork are final.
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, drawings, and linocut prints, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. We strongly encourage you to:
- Review all product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing
- Contact us before buying if you have any questions about size, colour, medium, or condition
- Request additional photos or a video of the piece if needed
| Please note: colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical artwork, due to monitor settings and photographic lighting. This is not considered a fault. |
2. Prints & Posters
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging all prints and posters for safe transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement on a damaged or faulty print, you must:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue
- Send photographs showing the damage or fault to the email address below
Once we have reviewed your claim and confirmed the fault, we will arrange either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Damaged Returns
If your print arrives in good condition but you have simply changed your mind, we are unfortunately unable to accept a return. We recommend double-checking dimensions, edition details, and framing requirements before purchasing.
3. Digital Products
All digital downloads (including digital posters and files) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
4. Commissioned Work
Commissioned pieces are made to order and are therefore non-refundable once work has commenced. A deposit is taken at the start of a commission to cover initial materials and time. The following applies:
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after work has begun
- If you are unhappy with the final piece, please contact us before the artwork is shipped — we are happy to discuss revisions within the agreed brief
- Once a commissioned piece has been dispatched and accepted, it cannot be returned
| We want you to love your commission. Clear communication throughout the process is the best way to ensure you are happy with the result. Don’t hesitate to get in touch at any stage. |
5. Return Shipping Costs
Who covers the cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
| Reason for Return | Who Pays Return Postage |
| Item arrived damaged or faulty | Mark Andrew Webber covers return postage |
| Item significantly not as described | Mark Andrew Webber covers return postage |
| Change of mind (where applicable) | Customer covers return postage |
When return postage is covered by us, we will email you a prepaid label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot refund unauthorised returns.
